This project consisted of creating a zine that criticises the influence of Western fashion in Latin American countries, focusing on the problems of colonisation, excessive consumption and the proliferation of fast fashion.

The magazine seeks to draw attention to how Western fashion has colonised not only the clothing industry in Latin America but also aesthetic ideals and consumption patterns. The magazine also presents alternatives and proposals to counteract these problems, promoting conscious fashion, responsible consumption and valuing local cultural identity. Through photographs, illustrations and artistic collaborations, it seeks to convey a visually powerful message that invites reflection and promotes positive change in the fashion industry.

In short, this zine is a bold and provocative critique of the fashion world, addressing cultural colonisation, over-consumption and fast fashion in Latin American countries. It aims to raise awareness of these issues and promote a transformation towards a more ethical, sustainable industry that respects local cultural identities.
